How Pacific Roofing Was Born
Fourteen years ago, two friends—Jason Gutgsell and Robb Jorgensen—found themselves working together at a local roofing company. While they appreciated the trade and the hard work that came with it, there was one thing they couldn't ignore: the lack of quality and customer service in the industry. They often saw subpar work and poor communication between contractors and clients, which left customers unsatisfied and frustrated.
Jason and Robb shared a vision of what a roofing company could be: one where quality workmanship was the standard, not the exception. They envisioned a business that not only did great roofing work but also treated each client with the respect and care they deserved. With this shared goal in mind, they made the bold decision to leave the company they were working for and start their own business—Pacific Roofing.
In the early days, it was a lot of hard work. Jason and Robb wore many hats—scheduling, managing, and, of course, getting their hands dirty on the job site. Their commitment to quality was evident in everything they did. Word of mouth began to spread about the honest, reliable, and skilled duo who weren’t just interested in getting the job done, but in getting it done right.
