I want to start by saying that this was our first time making a claim on anything and I was led to believe by many people that it was a nightmare of a process. Pacific Roofing was one of many companies that reached out right away to be of service. They sent a Sales Rep Mr. Brewer over at my convenience and walked me through the entire process with my insurance company, their side of the roof replacement and damage assessment, and even contacted my insurance company on my behalf when completed to that I was able to get a significant adjustment to lower my monthly premiums. They were with me for the whole process always checking in and asking what they could do to help make the process as painless;ess as possible. The entire time their company reps continued to say, We just want you to get your roof and home fixed so your family feels safe again and you’re protected. Then we’ll go over everything else. Knowing they cared about that aspect put me at ease. They did a very thorough assessment and worked through multiple adjusters my insurance sent out, and got everything processed quickly and efficiently. Once it was set, the day of installation, they put the new roof on in about 4 hours! The crew ate lunch quick and then cleaned up everything they had on our ground and the neighbors yards. Then later that day the sales rep returned and reviewed the crew’s work and made sure I was satisfied with their work. They got replacement siding that was supposed to be delayed for 4-8 weeks, in 2 weeks and assembled it onto my house within 5 days of it getting there, again on my schedule. I cannot recommend this company enough to everyone and have already recommended several people. They are a local company that does business the right way.

We had our roof redone last Friday and they did a fantastic job. Very efficient. In our front yard is a Halloween blow-up decoration that my 4 year olds had picked out just a week prior. During the roofing process, either something hit or someone stepped on the fan to the decoration and broke it. We didn’t know of this until I went to plug it in that night. My girls were devastated, and I emailed John to ask for a replacement. He responded immediately, asked for the details of the decoration, and within 3 days of asking, I had a replacement on my front porch. This company has integrity. I would definitely recommend.
